I learned a very simple method for interpreting ABG's; and it's in a video online at that very big website that ends with '***tube'. Just search for ABG interpretation tic-tac-toe. You'll have it down perfect in 15 minutes.

Basic ABG book

I found the book an interesting read. Very basic, but quite well done, reminded me of a few forgotten titbits. Only the person reading it can determine whether this book satisfies their requirements. There are a few minor mistakes and typos, but the case study of the patient with diabetic ketoacidosis has major conceptual mistakes.

Simple as ABG

This is an easy to understand book about ABG's. The problem is that when there is an ABG to diagnose it doesn't show up on the Kindle,it just has a blank space where you should be reading it. I think it is missing the main point by not being able to read the actual ABG. Everything else about the book is good.
