About the Author
The author of this book, Dr. Wahyu Kuntjoro, works under contract as an Associate Professor at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Malaysia, which he joined in 2000. Finite element is one of the subjects he teaches in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He conducts research and does a lot of work in the design and analysis of lightweight structures as well as aircraft structural integrity. Dr. Wahyu Kuntjoro is also a lecturer at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia.
