Sex Change Journey

I couldn't get past 30% of the book. I expected femdom with forced feminization. It was more a sexe change journey and role reversal with some questioning femdom activities. Those activities are almost strictly limited to "forced used panty sniffing", and it gets repetitive really fast. It really is fantasy based and focus on very few things.

I may have kept reading through it even if the fetishes contained were not fully meeting my taste, had it not been to the bad writing. Not that the writing was bad in a technical way, it was okay, but the atmosphere, the tone and the delivery was lacking. The narrative was drab and clinical, suffering from more telling than showing, it rarely feels erotic or arousing, perhaps due the pompous writing style employed. The characters are shallow and alike, and their dialogue feels out of characters.

It lacked of introspection, of emotional conflict and motives. The protagonist is too accepting and the power exchange doesn't feel genuine.
The story may appeal to a very niche readership looking for sexe change transformation tales with a strong panty fetish.

Needs a little more information

The only problem is that the book ended before Leah finished feminizing her husband and I really didn't need to know what they ate and where they ate it. More information is needed on how she felt the many items that were stuck in her and how many times she was able to have an orgasm and how it felt to have a male take her to orgasm, hers.

The charts are a great resource and then there is plenty of practice for each grammar point introduced. I actually had the pleasure of reading this book while taking a course with Vladimir Paperny himself at UCLA. The content is very attention grabbing, and interesting, in contrast to many historical books that tend to be very dry. I would suggest this book to anyone who has an interest in Russian Society, especially during the communist era. I am so happy I was able to ask him to sign it for me!

Profound, and often funny, exploration of the everyday

An eye-opening book that reveals how everyday hang-ups, conflicts, and other problems can point to profound truths about human life. It's divided into two parts; the first is a series of dialogues between Dr. Dillof and a group of people that he met with weekly over the course of several years. The people in the group are all well-adjusted adults who have in common a dissatisfaction with their lives. They're unable to just tune out the questions that pop up when their lives don't go as planned, and so each week they get together and swap stories about what happened to them the previous week, which then leads to a group discussion that often leads to surprising conclusions. The dialogues are often funny; my personal favorite is about one of the women in the group, who tells a story about returning from a yoga retreat full of inner peace and bliss, then quickly succumbing to a fit of road rage. The second part of the book is a series of essays on a range of topics, from the madness of chess champion Bobby Fischer, to pop culture topics like the current popularity of Batman and zombies, to the hysteria surrounding global warming. The essays are eye-opening and uncover surprising truths. Overall, a very good read.

I must say that his critique of Socialists being mother obsessed Oedipus cases made me chuckle. Does it follow then that Capitalists are Elektra cases that want to bed their stern, angry fathers? OH MY! So much to interpret!

Sometimes insightful, sometimes a little dull, it's psychostuff at its best. I paid $10 for it, but you can find some of this stuff on his blog for free. I didn't mind it, but I didn't finish it either.

This book was good. How Males Jinns! We finally get to meet several in this book. We also get to meet more of Azra's family and much more exciting things happen. This books would make a great movie if the movie is done correctly. Wow! How long has it been since a genie has been on TV. I loved "I dream of Genie"! I would love to see this series brought to the big screen!! Can't wait for another book in this series!

A fun read

This is the third book in this series. It is also one of my more favorite ones in the series. It starts where the second book ends. With Allison and Bart trying to recover from, and start a new honeymoon. Bart sees a known terrorist and assassin on the news and immediately makes plans to go to San Francisco to track him down. Allison is not about to let him take off without her, so she decides she will go with him. With her usual impetuous nature she is quickly thrown into danger as she tries to help those around her, help Bart find this assassin before he kills her family, stop a diamond heist, and spend some time with her new husband. It can be pretty cheesy. And it is a fairly predictable read. But it is great for a light, quick, fun read when trying to relax or escape for a while.

Absolutely Outstanding!

I found "Embracing Excellence" to be an amazing work! It enabled me to evaluate and measure how I faired in comparison to all the wonderful attributes, and abilities of the ideal woman as described in Proverbs 31. While i know that Proverbs 31 is a idealization of womanhood that would be exetremly difficult, if not impossible too attain in this day, "Embracing Excellence" provides for great introspection, self work and development, which if done correctly inspires women to be of strong character, great wisdom, great compassion, utilizing the many skills that God has gifted her with. Definitely one to recommend for all women striving to be better women of God in their homes, in their marriages and relationships, with their children and in the marketplace whether married or not!

A Must-Have for Women of Faith!

I love Minister Tatem's work! This easy-to-read study was helpful as I embark on my journey to grow closer and closer to God. I had always heard about the "Proverbs 31 Woman", but I had only really been familiar with Proverbs 31:30. This text helped me to analyze the ENTIRE chapter, and it helped me to apply the principles to my own life, and to see how I can improve different components of my own life.

Excellent....

This is a must have devotional! It was a simple read but has plenty of substance. Examining the Proverbs 31 women was a delightful journey through the writings of Ms. Tatum. The true stories and explanations of the Proverbs 31 women made you understand how the scriptures relate and apply to your life. I plan to read it again and share with others.
